Katy Barlow - Nutritionist

I help individuals with IBS and other digestive challenges achieve lasting gut health through a blend of personal experience and professional training. My own journey with chronic constipation, bloating, and fatigue inspired me to specialize in root-cause healing. By integrating functional lab testing (GI-MAP, SIBO), Ayurvedic principles, and the Low FODMAP diet, I provide personalized, results-driven support for my clients.

With certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Monash University's FODMAP & IBS Program, and the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, I combine holistic wisdom with functional insights. My goal is to help clients restore balance, improve motility, and reclaim their energy and freedom from digestive distress.
